Should it become necessary for you to cancel your registration(s) and reservation(s) for one of our bus trips, the following will apply with regards to refunds  PLEASE CANCEL YOUR PARTICIPATION ON ANY GIVEN TRIP WITH A NOTE TO roger@cookingwithroger.com AS SOON AS YOU ARE AWARE THAT YOU MUST CANCEL.

 

If you cancel your reservation(s) with a note to roger@cookingwithroger.com prior to seven days before the departure date of a trip we will issue you a timely, FULL refund.  Please include your name and a home or office mailing address to send the refund check to.

 

IF YOU ARE A NO-SHOW, AND FAIL TO ATTEND A TRIP FOR WHICH YOU HAVE ONE OR MORE RESERVATIONS, WITHOUT NOTIFYING US ON roger@cookingwithroger.com , WE WILL NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL YOUR VACANT SEATS AND WILL BE UNABLE, DUE TO LIABILITIES, TO REFUND YOUR TRIP FEE(S).

 

If you cancel your registration(s) with a note to roger@cookingwithroger.com at seven days, or fewer, before the departure date of a trip we cannot give you a refund due to the fact that we are then fully committed financially to the bus company, for groceries, admittance fees, some labor, and all incidentals relating to the trip - HOWEVER - IF WE HAVE A WAITING LIST AND CAN FILL YOUR SPOT(s), OR YOU CAN SUPPLY A PERSON OR PERSONS TO REPLACE YOUR SPOT OR SPOTS, we will give you a full refund in a timely manner.  Please be sure to include your name and a home or office mailing address to send the refund check to.

 

All trips are rain or shine, and will proceed unless the bus company cancels due to weather, or other conditions.  If the trip must be cancelled due to the bus company decision, full refunds will be sent to all who were scheduled to travel on the cancelled trip.
